Bento #69: Tweety Bird with Gong Bao Chicken


With my left over mashed pumpkin yesterday for the little pooh, I decided to make this tweety bird for my bento today. Making this bento is so challenging, you need to slowly cute out the lashed and also when moulding the rice. I so glad I did it and I deeply love this cutie tweety.

How to achieve the tweety figuring:
1. Steamed the pumpkin and mashed it. Mix and blend well into the Japanese rice.
2. Cutting the carrots for the mouth and legs.

Bento #68: Little Pooh Bears with Cereal Prawns

It's Monday and I'm making this little cheerful Pooh to blow away my Monday Bluez... I love the color of this little Pooh and indeed this bento really make my Monday brighter. \(^.^)/

How to achieve the little pooh figuring:
1. Steamed the pumpkin and mashed it. Mix and blend well into the Japanese rice.
2. T-shirt of the pooh are made of crab-sticks.
3. Nose of the pooh is roll up and shape using some rice onto seaweed.

Bento #67: Little Doggies Hotdog Buns


Here's my bento for the day, Little Doggies Hot dog Buns. I goggle and found one blogger making a doggie hot dog and I decided to make one for myself. The doggies are so cute isn't it? I love the paws of the doggies and definitely this is one of my favourite bento. \(^-^)

How to achieve the little doggies figuring:
1. Boil 1 potato,mash it and add in some seasoning such as pepper and salt. Shape to the shape you want. For the doggies ears I mixed a little dark soya sauce into the mashed potato.
2. For the paws I cut the seaweed and place in the black sesame seeds. Alternative you can also cut the paws shape.
